In the age of AI, every human hire counts more than ever. Teams are leaner, stakes are higher, and only elite brains can drive real impact. That's why we open our own network of elite brains — engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers we personally know, operating at the frontier of engineering, whom most companies simply cannot reach.
When every hire counts, who do you choose?
How it works
We are in direct contact with some of the smartest brains in math and engineering — they are our former work colleagues, classmates and lifelong friends.
1. A conversation
We start with a conversation about what you're building — the problems, the stage, and the kind of people who could move it forward.
2. A genuine fit
We look within our own network for people where the fit is real — not a database search, but people whose work we know first-hand.
3. Personal introductions
When the fit is right, we make a personal introduction to someone who can contribute from day one.
What You Gain
Discover what you gain by working with us.
Direct access to people we know personally — former colleagues and friends now at Google, Meta and Microsoft. No job posting, no database; just relationships.
Because we already know these people and their work, there is no sourcing and no blind vetting. Introductions arrive with real context, so your time goes to the conversation that matters.
The best engineers ignore recruiters, filter cold messages, or are not on LinkedIn at all. Because our introductions come from real relationships, they open doors that outreach cannot.
Personal, high-context introductions skip broad, low-signal processes entirely — raising both the speed and the quality of every conversation.
A Rare Concentration of Engineering Talent
We are a group of alumni from the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics, University of Warsaw, Poland.
Not offshoring
Research from Stanford University shows that a Bay Area team can move to Poland with performance and quality intact — and cost roughly 40% lower. This is not cheap labor; it is a deep, rigorously trained talent pool, and the economics simply follow.
3rd Strongest country
According to HackerRank data , Poland ranks as the 3rd strongest country for developers worldwide.
Best in Europe
According to the official statistics of the International Collegiate Programming Contest , the University of Warsaw from Poland is the best in Europe (excluding Russia)
Worldwide expertise
According to LinkedIn data, hundreds of our colleagues, fellow UW alumni, are already working for Big Tech companies in the USA, Switzerland, Germany, UK, Israel and other countries, including Amazon, Google, Meta (Facebook), Microsoft, Nvidia, OpenAI, Jane Street and, last but not least, Snowflake.
2nd All-time top performer (IOI)
Poland is ranked as the 2nd strongest country of all time in the International Olympiad in Informatics (according to official statistics ). Additionally, Poland outperforms the United States by 6 places in the total number of medalists.
2nd place (IOAI)
Poland is ranked as the 2nd strongest country in the International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence (2025) (according to unofficial stats ).

About introductions and access to elite brains
Let's start a conversation.
Tell us what you're building.
To start a conversation, email us at hello@elitebrains.ai with a short description of what you're building — why it's exciting, the problems you are solving, and the kind of people you would love to work with. Please include the compensation range you have in mind (salary and, where relevant, equity), along with your name and company. Sharing this upfront lets us respect our network's time and make introductions that genuinely fit.
